Junior League of Minneapolis Presents American Girl Fashion Show® This Weekend

Twin Cities girls will walk the runway in historical and contemporary fashions from the American Girl® line of dolls in the 12th annual American Girl Fashion Show® presented by the Junior League of Minneapolis. Shows are Friday, Saturday and Sunday at the Capri Theater, 2027 West Broadway in Minneapolis.

Como Zoo Presents Wedding and Event Showcase

The Marjorie McNeely Conservatory will open its elaborate flower gardens, reception, and meeting spaces for a Wedding and Event Showcase this month.

Attendees can meet with vendors, photographers, florists, decorators, musicians, wedding officiates, and other professionals who offer wedding and event services at Como Zoo and Conservatory.

Minnesota Parent Camp Fair Comes to Como Park

It’s not too early to start thinking about summer camps for your kids.

The Minnesota Parent Camp Fair is coming to Como Park this winter. Representatives from a variety of camps will be available to talk about options, including music, science, computer, art, and performance camps. Some camps are day camps, others are overnight.

Junior League of Minneapolis Hosts Books4Bowling

The Junior League of Minneapolis will host its annual “Books4Bowling” event Sunday, February 24 from 12:30 to 4:00 p.m. at The Park Tavern, St. Louis Park. The event and fundraiser will benefit Read Indeed, a Hopkins-based nonprofit started by seventh grader Maria Keller. Her goal is to make the world a better place, one book at a time.
